    Wilder Deserves More Credit

This man showed more intestinal fortitude in one fight than AJ has ever shown in his entire career!

I will always root for the Gypsy King, but make no mistake: Wilder is, as Fury correctly stated, the second best fighter in the HW division.

NO MFING way is Whyte or AJ EVER getting up off the canvas with the punches Fury took. EVER.

Wilder needs to dust off this loss and get back into the ring because he's one of the most fan-pleasing fighters right now and we deserve to see him in more fights against others in the HW division.

I don't know if he is the second best HW in the world or not. I need to see him prove that.

But his heart and will is unquestioned. Proper fighter as you Brits would say!

Totally agree! Fury did get a long count, and he needed it.

Wilder and Fury are the only two boxers that beat every boxing on internet pages and social media but won't get in the ring with those boxers.

I've never seen anything like it.

These frauds had to fight each other 3 times to avoid other boxers they allegedly can beat.

AJ was beat by Vito Spataforre and a glorified cruiserweight.

Lets wait and see how Fury looks when he fights a top 10 ranked guy other than Wilder for the first time in six years first. That will put this trilogy in proper perspective.

I just read an article where the “journalist” says Fury ended Wilder.

I don’t have much to say about that other than, that is one of the main things wrong with boxing.

These low-life “journalists” see a fighter lose 1 or 2 times and say the fighter is done. Some groups of fans follow suit.

Then every journalist and fans want to convince everyone that 0’s don’t matter, and that fighters losing to the best is okay. Then it happens and it’s not okay. They change their minds.

While Deontay Wilder may very well be the 2nd best at HW (we don’t know, we just know he’s better than Luis Ortiz), or the 10th best, his critics don’t care. Wilder may very well beat Joshua, Usyk, Whyte or Parker. But he hasn’t. We have seen him fight the best HW of his era 3 times and never beat him. So, because of this, Wilder sucks.

Imagine Canelo’s only top fights were vs Mayweather and GGG. He would not be regarded very highly with just a win over GGG, a draw vs GGG, and a loss to Mayweather. Nobody cares that those two fighters are two of the best of Canelo’s era. His critics would just see that he did not look perfect against them and rate him as so.

This is Wilder’s issue. He most likely could KO all HW’s except Fury. Fury is the only HW who could get back up 3 times from those 3 KD’s. Joshua was over there getting badly hurt by the much smaller Usyk. So big ass Ruiz KO’ing him, the reason there that I thought, was that Ruiz weight helped him get that KO. But small Usyk almost pulled it off too. Wlad looked like he was close too, but punched himself out.

With that said I like the HW division and don’t think any of them are “done” due to their losses. The top 5 at HW look more exciting than almost any other division. Fury, Usyk, Joshua, Wilder, Whyte, Ortiz, Parker, Ruiz…I think it’s a very good division. None of them can beat Fury though, I don’t think.

Fury is number 1 in the division by a mile.

Usyk probably 2 but I’d still make him and Wilder a 50/50, infact I’d fancy Wilder to possibly catch him and chin him. Well I don’t know about now, Wilder is likely ruined.

The Wilder that went into the fight is 2 or 3 in the division, no doubt. He would send AJ into space.

I think Joe Joyce beats AJ too. I’d only put AJ number above Joyce because of achievement but he wouldn’t beat Joyce. AJ is way too timid and Joyce would eat him up.

Fury is miles ahead of the rest overall. Ability wise, Usyk is way ahead of anyone except Fury. Wilder is by far the most dangerous and 100% knocks out anybody except those top 2, maybe only except Fury.

AJ and the rest are left behind, far in the distance

It's quite something isn't it. So many threads about AJ its as if he fought this past weekend. Pretty sad hearing Wilder fans relegated to bragging about how well of a sustained ass beating he can take. I'm pretty sure AJ's just gutted he couldn't/can't/didn't take a mollywhopping like that....
