Part of what I figure I'm paying for is "big fight atmosphere". So, even when the fight is a second-half snoozer a la Pretty Risky, I still feel I got my money's worth.

I'm having a hard time remembering the last time I felt gipped by a PPV. Maybe Jones-Trinidad.

How about Mayweather/De La Hoya's choreographed sparring session?

but you can't ignore the fact somebody was standing on his foot when he hit hit.

try and dodge somebody's punch while their standing on your foot, and see if you're not the least bit off balance....

If Cotto or Pac beat a guy who was overrated to begin with...so what? That isn't a legacy builder for them. Sabes?
