I think Pac is already an ATG, and so is Tito. Pac I think is a little higher on the ladder than Tito simply becuase his wins over Morales, Barrera, and JMM are very impressive. DLH and Hatton look good on paper. When Tito fought Carr and Campas they were both undefeated fighters, Reid was still kinda green but he was a Gold medalist in the Olympics and he held a belt at 154. I agree with the comment about Carr being the Judah of the 90's, but hey Tito was the first guy to give alot of fighers there 1st loss, Carr, Campas, Vargas, and DLH. Yes the fight with DLH was controversial but hey I have seen way worse decesions in boxing, and lets face it DLH was running late in the fight for a reason, he said he felt Tito to strong late in the fight.

Yes. I wouldn't hesitate at all to rank Pacquiao above Trinidad all-time. Better achievements (wins), better abilities, just plain better.
