Cotto would UD Tito. I ordered Tito's career on dvd and watched 25+ of his fights. He doesn't have me convinced. Cotto is a better fighter.

He didn't lose to the Baldomirs of the division. He only lost to Triniwrap, Oscar and Quartey in his prime. Those guys are really top quality fighters. Nothing wrong in losing to them only. (prime)

I dont know. Tito needed a fighter to stand right in front of him. If Cotto used the same game plan on Tito that he used on Marg then Cotto would UD Tito. Tito didnt throw half the punches Marg did or put half the pressure Marg put on fighters either. IMO Marg laoded his gloves for Cotto and thats the only reason Cotto is not undefeated.
