Not even remotely.
This is a sanctioning body ranking we are talking about.
They have had dead fighters in their Top 10 in the past.
There's a reason they aren't to be taken seriously.

Well, these Rankings never mean a lot. Look at some of the awful fighters that get in mandatory positions across different divisions in boxing.
That said, I think Hunter might beat AJ. I’d pick him to win. Bad style for AJ.
Helenius would have a punchers chance against the chinny AJ that can’t recover from shots. It would be nothing more than a punchers chance though.
Dubois could arguably knock AJ out too. I think it would be a shootout. Both a bit stiff but with good power.
Hughie Fury could outbox AJ at times but wouldn’t be ambitious enough to win.
