Joshua is made for this guy, big stiff robot with no head movement and bad chin. Joshua has a fraction of the heart that Wilder has, and a fraction of the chin.
I haven’t said it since day 1, it was a toss up for me until Ruiz 1, but I have to agree. Even Fury, who has good lateral head movement, got caught by Wilder. I don’t see Joshua going 12 rounds without getting caught, nor getting up and making necessary adjustments afterwards.

So I reiterate: with all the will in the world, he won't be getting another title shot for at least a year.
He just needs to go back to basics and stay active. Not every fight has to be a big fight. There are several gatekeepers out there that can help occupy his time until that title shot comes around.

He definitely needs a long break and tune ups before taking another tough fight. He took a lot of punishment in the last 2 fights and 2 KO losses. His punch resistance might have been degraded further. Going into another tough fight would be madness....

Difficult to stay active when your hand needs surgery.

I no longer want to hear from this dude or his team. He's earned the right to be ridiculed like this. He's a sore loser as Fury said and it's hard to dispute. He showed his "new" moves for 2 rounds and went right back to the old Wilder. If anything, we saw Wilder what we were supposed to see in Wilder/Fury 2.

Wilder is done. Nobody wants him to be their champion if he thinks he can carry on like this with impunity and see nothing wrong with it. And what he fails to realize is people paid to see him fight and he owes us an interview at the very least.

You are one hundred percent right. It will probably take about two months before that hand to heal.I think it's very possible and safe to say that we will probably see Deontay Wilder back inside of a professional boxing ring about late Spring or early Summer of 2022. If I were to guess I would say about July of 2022.

It's harsh to say it but wilder's problem is that he is ******. He has a huge right hand without doubt. But his record is poor - a succession of no hopers. Even Ortiz was old as...
so he had not had to learn anything and he's incredibly arrogant. His behavior after the second fight was ridiculous. Endless ludicrous excuses. So even if he had a non zero boxing IQ, which he doesn't, he wasn't ready to learn from his defeat.
He will catch many fighters and win. But he won't beat the best unless he gets lucky.
maybe his secret weapon against the best is that they can't believe how bad he is so they get overconfident and he catches them )
