He could tone his body abit more and lose some belly fat-
probably move abit better

wont change much
at his age he has atleast 2-3 years left of prime. More but hes been undisciplined. He could focus on stamina type training. I dont know if actual weight loss matters or not as much as stamina and also consistency and not blowing up between fights.
