The yanks are trying to make the best of a bad situation by adopting him. It was already happening a while ago. "he fights in America" "he trains in America" "he wore the stars and stripes" "he hates the UK" "Brits dont consider him one of theirs because hes a gypsy/they chose AJ" etc etc. Obviously in some instances some of the yanks have switched from "American" to "white" so they can still feel a sense of victory too.

I don't know what to say. I think you're trying to make something out of nothing. You'll have to do better than saying look at posts on NSB. That doesn't say ****. Regardless, Wilder fans have been making this about race for the longest time. And you're telling me that you're surprised to see a backlash? A backlash that I don't really see. I gut that Fury has some fans that are cringe. But so do all boxers, for the most part. And Wilder's fans are far and away the more cringeworthy. You need to chill out with this ****.
