Originally posted by Nash out View PostBrilliant fight. People rave about Lewis vs Vitali, this was 10 times better. The combined ability and power on display, Wilder's great start, then Fury seeming like he's going to get Wilder out early, then Fury is down from massive shots twice, seemingly out, and yet again shows the most unreal powers of recovery. Wilder's heart to stick in there and whilst Fury was winning all the later rounds, the constant reminders coming back from Wilder kept the fight at top tier. Best fight I have seen since Pac vs Marquez 4, but too many people will be too bitter to admit a modern HW fight as a classic. Nash out.
you mentioned combined ability ? What ability does wilder have except his punch ? I’ll wait

best fight ive ever watched for sure, purely because of what was riding on it. Fury losing would mean wilder running away with the belts and waiting it out for an undisputed fight. that would have ruined the whole era.
but IRON JAWED? no mate, he was wobbled by Washington, Spitlka, Molina, ortiz and Fury.
Fury couldnt even knock out Chisora in 2 fights..he outboxed him, stopped him the second time but only due to volume. At no point was chisora scared ****less in their fight, so what does that tell you?
Fury only took these risks vs Wilder because he found Wilder easy to hurt.

yes Lewis vs klitchcko was a bar burner but they had boxing fundamentals.
Wilder is terrible and a blind man can see it.
I’m boxer and when I look at fights I look at the skill level plus the intensity and watching a Duran vs leonard....hagler vs hearns ....Pryor vs arguello etc those are legendary fights and you have no idea what your looking at if you consider this fight as good as those....yeah it was exciting for sure but it was a free for all and fury just mauling him

The fight had everything. Whatever anyone thinks of Wilder, he's far more dangerous than the two guys who knocked out Lennox Lewis, and he would bodybag Golota, who battered Bowe twice. Nash out.
yeah there were knockdowns and back & forth yea it was exciting as hell...but you can have that on a club card or street fight.....I’m talking about how you judge an all time great fight and wilder simply has no ability besides his right....what else does he have tell me ? Hi is jab is non existent , his balance is appalling , can’t fight going backwards and even when he attacks its telegraphed , cannot put a combination together , arms down by his waist , no stamina and looks gone by round 5.
just sit down look at wilder in the ring and then look at usyk ffs......Nash behave
