Yes he got the snot beaten out of him and wasn't the same after but I feel it was actually Dahuapas that exposed the fact that Wilder can't fight backing up?
Underrated fight Dahaudpas showed some real grit in this and one helluva chin. He lost badly but at the same time he sure had his moments and busted Wilder up a bit.
All that said Wilder also showed a little variation he hasn't before and did show he can fight on the onside. He won't be mistaken for a great inside fighter but he showed there is a little bit more to his game than a right hand.
