    now whether the coach actually achieves this is another matter, if something is stressing u out sometimes dealing with it is too much effort and maybe impossible, try something that has proven worked over evolution, get rid of it, out of sight out of mind, it works pretty good

      A good coach or trainer is always a great mental trainer..the mental part of sports is the most important part
