    Fury has mentally destroyed Wilder

Watching the press conference yesterday made me feel for Wilder. It was sad to watch,

Agree with you completely he shouldn’t have to fight this wrecking ball again. Oliver McCall style freak out is a possibility. Or something very weird will happen. Freak injury to save face

Tyson has changed wilders personality. Before wilder was like a pit bull "I'm going to ko you, you'll be twitching on floor" but now is all calm and collected like a Zen warrior?

Wilder is so mentally broken down that he demanded the fight and continuing pressuring until he got it.

The worst part is that if Fury comes in complacent or walks into an unlucky shot it's going to delude Wilder and the worst type of fans into believing that his excuses and actions over the past 20 months were justified.

I don't see it happening but still.

That was his ego. Or maybe even his team pushing him?

Wilder is TERRIFIED of Fury. We saw signs of it months ago but this press conference has pretty much confirmed it.

Points to note during the press conference are his body language during parts of it, plenty of self soothing going on and you can tell when he's rattled because he starts to stammer.

Fury also broke Klitschko too, I don't think Joshua would have beaten him if Fury hadn't broken the man first.

Wilder no longer has the belief that his right hand can do the job after Fury rose from the dead in round 12 of the first fight and after he shrugged off a couple of good right hands early on in the second fight.

And he knows that he doesn't have a hope in hell of beating Fury by outboxing him.

And he ALSO knows that Fury can HURT him after that battering he took in the second fight. He can moan about Breland throwing in the towel all he wants, the ref was on the verge of stopping the fight anyway.

If Fury decides to box him like the first fight he'll win on points. If Fury decides to run him over 'like a freight train' like the second fight then Fury will win by KO or TKO.

Sure, Wilder will have a puncher's chance, but I think that Wilder has lost faith in that right hand which is a HUGE psychological blow.

Yes, he looked like a broken/defeated man. Fury kept talking to him like he’s his dad but the usually brash Wilder kept stuttering like a muppet.

He’s just in the fight for money and hoping he lands a lucky punch.

Wilder is already defeated in my opinion. He can't even look Fury in the eyes when he's talking to him. The minute he gets cracked by Fury, he is going to remember the beating he took last time and it'll be the same result, but possibly even sooner.
