I am not willing to bet that much regardless if I even had it(neither of us have 3 million though (I have like 1/6th that amount though)
I would bet like$1000 though, but it sounds like more trouble than its worth as I could just bet through Bovada if it was for a lot of money,I would have to use a ****** escrow smart contract or something...
