Mike was better boxer and KO artist that Wilder ever could become.

But when Mike was 30+, he was already past his prime.

Wilder is 36, he can`t become any better and Mike knows that damn well.

Fury looks to be heavier which tells me he did not train as much for this fight. If Wilder is in shape and mentally right, I think he might catch Fury. But having Scott as his trainer does him no favors imo.

Why's Mike giving wilder advice I thought they had beef?

I'm thinking that Wilder has been working on body punching, stepping around, and setting up more ways to land the right hand. The way he currently sets it up is too predictable for someone like Fury. He will need to get it off from other punches and positioning. And he will need to prevent Fury from leaning on him so he needs to be less willing to accept a clinch

And Fury has no strategy! He’s coming to eat the jab-right hand until he gets laid out flat, is that the concept?
Exactly. SO basically almost no chance of winning for Wilder. BUT.. in boxing, and specially with heavyweights, nothing is ever 100% sure.

Are you implying that Wilder is capable of learning anything? C'mon man!

Don't know why some say that Wilder should go at it early. Never done it and when he does it is not pretty or effective.

The only thing that they can have prepared Wilder for is if Fury comes forward aggressively again. The whole Wilder plan has been to fight at a distance until he can deliver the right hand. Now he will have to do it on a counter if he wants any success but I doubt he learned any defensive skills so soon and at this stage of his career.

Fury UD unless he gets caught.

If Wilder goes all out and hits Fury hard, no matter where (legally, of course), I have a feeling he may be able to get Fury. If he shows "patience" and goes head-hunting, he loses.

Wilder is no different from Jake Paul. He just happens to be bigger than most HW
