That whole thing was disgusting. Holyfield shouldn't have been cleared to fight, showing obvious signs of CTE, Belfort was celebrating like he just beat Canelo, and to top it all off he goes on to call out Jake Paul...

That was my impression too. While he was getting into the ring and in the minutes before the fight started I kept saying to myself, “Wow, Holyfield is moving like an old man. Am I just imagining what I I think I’m seeing.” But when the fight got rolling it was clear that he was slow as molasses and his balance was terrible. That’s when my initial assessment was confirmed.

Vitor beat the most powerful HW in HISTORY. Anyone diminishing this incredible athletic feat is a HATER. He said himself, that’s something even mike Tyson couldn’t do in 2 tries! His combos were freaking so precise. If canelo wants to come back up to cruiserweight Vitor will be waiting but we all know he’d never fight the phenom.

“I beat the most powerful heavyweight in history, who beat Mike Tyson.”. So basically this is how it works, Belfort beat Holyfield, who beat Tyson, who beat Holmes who beat Ali. Therefore Belfort > Ali. No debate.

I dont think its necessarily entirely down to USADA, imo its also partly because the talent pool has grown and gotten a lot more international. There are way less American champs than there used to be too.

How do you know Holyfield would have been down for a glorified sparring match? he probably had no idea who Belfort was and thought he was gonna beat his ass. Plenty of people had Holyfield as the favourite going in too.

I agree he took an absolute liberty , as an experienced sportsman he should and probably did work out straightaway holys speed , timing and footwork were that of an old shot fighter and he chose to cowardly take advantage, pathetic and disgraceful of him and triller to take Advantage and to what end ? Reputation of both has declined and they are lucky there were not a serious outcome here
