Coach Cody... it deals with where he was in his career at the end. The 1960s. Although it covers his earlier career of course

Imagine someone today as a pro having 229 wins, mind boggling.

Of course, the quality of many of those opponents were probably dubious, but still no doubt that Pep was special. It wasn't even his real name, but yeah, what a slick boxer.

So matchroom/sweet Caroline/Canelo fans….since you won’t know who this is I’ll explain it to you…this man was one of the greatest fighters who ever loved and one of the top 10 greatest defensive fighters in the history of the sport who fought at a time where you actually fought the best

Shoulder... I'm not the fight coordinator for the movie. I'm just going to show him some moves and some techniques and teach him how to relax and move fluidly... stuff like that

Yes I want to know more about this man. Lamotta had a film made about him so why not?

Yes I think the wins are a bit misleading. For every fighter with 100 wins back then I think there were fighters with 50 losses. Everyone fought a lot back then

Wow, I just made a post about him this morning without knowing lol. I’m looking forward to it. Who is playing Saddler? I don’t think there are too many 130 lb 5’’8 black actors in Hollywood lol.

I can confirm that Sandy Saddler will be a featured character in the movie and their fierce rivalry is prominent in the storyline
