Damage limitation for Hearn. He is right though Joshua has done brilliantly in stadiums. I’m glad Eddie now understands Joshua isn’t on the same level ability wise, and unfortunately for matchroom, that’s what the people really remember.
Eddie losing the plot. Sticking it on fans when he’s taunted at every show. He feels his grip on the boxing landscape loosening that’s all. Expect more digs at fury as that’s all Eddie ever does. Obsessed with the man. Wishes he signed him and not Joshua.

Eddy makes out like getting beat is a good thing, like it's an education, and AJ will benefit from it. It doesn't work like that. Punches are cumulative, the damage adds up. First AJ was KO'd, now he took the hiding of his life. I don't know how Eddy plans to meddle, but a huge ring in Saudi Arabia doesn't look like the answer and I don't think a smaller ring will work either, not with AJs jaw the way it is. Time on top is short.
