It was a loss according to the judges, but it wasn't so convincing like Floyd fans think, to the point a rematch wasn't required.
Floyd fans make excuses for a rematch not being required more than anything. It was a loss, but Floyd fans make the loss to be more significant than it is.
Floyd fans say Floyd would beat Pac 10 out of 10 times, even in Pac s prime. Boxing fans will of course think that's a silly boast, when floyd can't even best past prime pac two times? First win was controversial enough as it is

There was nothing controversial or close about the loss. You’re just further proving yourself to be the exact type of fan I referenced in my initial post. Floyd’s fight with Cotto was actually more competitive than the pac fight. There were only 2 fights on Floyd’s resume that were close enough that they could’ve/should’ve gone the other way and that’s castillo and maidana. Which is why they received immediate rematches. Pacs performance didn’t warrant or deserve a rematch. Plus if we’re being honest, that fight ******. You pac fans only want it to happen again because as I said in my first post, you can’t live with the loss and still haven’t moved on. Pathetic.
