I used to mainly respect the WBC, but since what they have been doing I have realized they are all full of ****, The Ring is the most prestigious to me now... but not to the public.

What I am saying is, people count the IBO for Pacquiao... I can't exactly remember but has Floyd won any Ring Titles?
