Paper titles have to be taken on who fighters beat to get them and who they defended them against. I mean who actually think Oscar did **** at 160? He robbed Sturm horrendously and got KTFO by Hopkins at 156. Terrible.

However, ring/universally regognised champions (i.e., Marquez at Lightweight or Slappy at SMW) are what they are - total control of the division.
