Why haven't other countries in Latin America

There is an inordinate amount of ignorance being spewed here. First off, residents of Puerto Rico PAY federal taxes. In other words, they PAY for the benefits that the more impoverished of the island receive in regards to WIC, et cetera. There are wealthy Puerto Ricans, you know.

The Mexican-Americans who reside in the USA; they PAY federal (and sometimes state -- in Nevada no one pays state income) taxes. In other words, they PAY for the benefits that they don't even qualify to receive. Statistically-speaking, they are more hesitant than other Americans to visit medical institutions.

With that being said, there is some restraint that can be shown in regards to belligerently insulting other peoples. Your talking points seem to come straight out of the mouths of the most vile racists of Caucasian decent. In other words, YOU are racists, whether you be Mexican, Mexican-American, or Puerto Rican, engaged in this ignorant diminishing of other peoples' values.
