If we weren't with the 'ole US of A. we'd still be part of Spain, or whatever stronger power decided to claim this bit of land. Our island was considered a geopolitical strategic property. It doesn't matter who was in charge, someone would have come along and claimed it. (Dutch, English, Spanish, French.) You seriously blame the current generation for the sins and deals of those past. Those in the past were too damn poor to give a damn who played governor at la Fortaleza dude....
You HATE Puerto Rico... it's people, it's history, and it's culture. This is evident in every single one of your posts...
Relax. Be proud of your heritage. You have a warrior culture that no one would be ashamed of. Why the need to constantly belittle others..?
