Both fighters can be erratic in their performances, with impressive outings followed by underwhelming and vice versa. On the average, Beterbiev is the superior fighter but if he doesn't come in sharp and Browne does, I could see an upset.

The purse bid is probably small because of the aforementioned inconsistent performances, that Beterbiev fights so infrequently and that Browne isn't particularly known or liked.
