On that note, anyone getting hit by a 220 pound guy is going to get rocked. The bodyweight is huge. Just a little story from my past that kind of accentuates this. I've always been around 160 pounds, sometimes a little less, sometimes a little more. But there was a period that I went up to about 225. I was still active but gained a crap load of weight for medical reasons. When I played B-ball with my friends, it was like night and day. Same guys trying to stop from from going to the hole. When I was 160, I'd either have to work my way in or I'd fly backward. At 225, however, without even trying, I'd make my bros fly out of the way.
One night at a strip club, I got into it with some people there. It attracted the attention of the bouncer. This bouncer, this guy, he was huge. Just a solid, muscular guy at 6'2" or something. He came at me and I just reacted. I took him down in a second. He hit the ground. He wasn't knocked out or anything but I dropped him. There was no way I would have done that at 160. But at 225? Yeah, I could take anyone down if I caught them. That weight difference is GIGANTIC. I know first hand.
So it's kind of hard to say. Not everyone can be a Foreman or Holyfield.
