Respect to both fighters. AJ could've vacated the belt, but he accepted what we knew was a tricky, potentially difficult fight he could lose.

Usyk established a great strategy from round one, not backing up too much but being in the pocket at times, making Joshua miss and countering, and sometimes leading with the jab.

Congratulations to Usyk, emulating Holyfield in going from cruiserweight to heavyweight champion. This was as big an achievement, and more than Haye's heavyweight title win.

Now for what will hopefully transpire in october, Fury-Wilder 3. That's another dangerous fight. Fury won't have the technical challenge in front of him that AJ had, but a rejuvenated guy who could land a huge punch.

Can we all finally admit that Joshua is overrated. He is a decent Boxer but seriously Wilder would behead him. He honestly doesn’t like contact and WILDER HITS HARD!!!!

      REAL HARD!!!!

I HATE THEM BOTH FOR RUINING WHAT COULD HAVE BEEN A ONCE IN A LIFETIME FIGHT.......

2 UNDEFEATED GIANTS FOR ALL THE MARBLES. A HUNDRED MILLION ON THE TABLE AND Y’ALL COULD NOT AGREE HOW TO SPLIT IT.

Now that fight is a JOKE!!!

      NEITHER IS HOT RIGHT NOW

No one cares about that FIGHT.

Thats is a PERFECT EXAMPLE of EVERYTHING wrong with BOXING !!!!

Now after Fury beats Wilder again and BJ loses again we will FINALLY get the match we wanted to see with NO TITLES, 5 LOSES AND 6 YEARS TOO LATE

      I HATE BOXING

Yes that's why it looked like you was being dominated in 12th. If you could see youd be going for usyk in 12th. Don't think Josh was hurt as it looked just uncomfortable can't see punches coming and look more hurt than you are

That’s how I see it. Joshua landed some good shots to the body and he needs to commit to closing the distance. I thought AJ would be better off at long range but Usyk is obviously too difficult to track with a conventional 1-2 from outside.

I think Michael Hunter did a better job with Usyk than Joshua, or at least equal to Joshua. Basically we can say, after seeing Joshua dominated twice, he's on the same level as Hunter & Ruiz!

That brilliant performance by Usyk now makes me very interested in seeing Sanchez vs. Ajagba! Maybe guys like Sanchez, Hunter, and maybe even Gassiev, can become Giant Killers in the division?

Are you now going to admit AJ isn’t that good?

I asked in a thread a few months ago if would you finally say Joshua isn’t very good if he loses his fight and you said yes.

he’s a B level fighter with elite commercial appeal.

The good thing for Joshua in the rematch is he has to
finally accept he isnt the skilled boxer he wishes to be. He loses is he tries it again.

The bad thing is he hasn’t got the balls or stamina to go for broke and make it into a fight from round one. He could try it, but he would have two or three rounds in him before he gassed and gets stopped.

he hasn’t got the minerals for it. He’s petrified of being hit now.

I didn't think that that eye was that bad and there was no indication during the fight that it was affecting him.

Usyk had a bad eye too. They were both fighting with one eye each down the stretch. The difference is only one boxer was fighting with heart.

To watch AJ's reaction at the end of the 12th round was pathetic. He had a sigh of relief on his face that the fight was over. While at the same time he had a look like the judges would award him the fight. I couldn't see how. I'm trying to figure out what gave him that privileged impression.
