Honestly, he has to be neck and neck with Canelo. You could even make the argument that he is more skilled than Canelo (when you include footwork, jab, creating angles, and the ability the cut off the ring,: After that, it's a toss up between Spence, GGG, Loma, Crawford, Ennis, Grevonta, and Lopez

I’ve had him 4 behind canelo, Crawford and Inoue.

This moves him up to 2 imo until and if Crawford and Inoue win when they fight again.
