I remember a year or so ago Joshua stating that Ortiz turned down an opportunity to fight with him. I remember hearing that Ortiz turned down 3 to 4 million at the time. Nothing surprises me about Luis Ortiz after hearing this news about him.

He turned down $6-7million.

Typically in life it tends to be the liars who accuse people of lying. Ortiz certainly has some serious previous. Has he not learned to keep his mouth shut yet?

Luis Ortiz team have made a career of swerving fights . What’s next he’s going to say Wallin lied to ? These guys literally have no reason to bring Ortiz up unless there were talks of fighting him .

He and his team already turned down a fight with Ortiz. Abel Sanchez is on record saying they turned it down and Joyce wasn't ready.
Now 2 & 1/2 yrs later he's about it, how brave.

Joyce was under a new trainer ,what would that have to do with now ? This video clearly shows Joyce wasn’t afraid of Ortiz back then . They were then supposed to fight in 2019 under the PBC ?

Ortiz ran away when he was WBA mandatory the first time.

The second time he was contacted, was due to Miller getting busted for PED's so they needed an opponent. Ortiz said weeks beforehand that he was in the gym ready for anyone at a moments notice. That's why Eddie got in touch 8 weeks out. Not because of your twisted version seeped in bitterness and poison. You know the truth, but years after the fact your hero was beaten, you're still angry about it. Seek help like i sad you should. This is not healthy. For Ortiz to come out again in public ,his team is clearly lying to him or Ortiz really is a habitual liar as well ? Either way they have a terrible track record for not being honest ,the last lie they were caught in was stating they didn’t get offers from Hearn to fight A.J where they were cornered into admitting they didn’t tell Ortiz they turned down 7 million or whatever it was to fight A.J . I don’t believe a word they say ,Joyce and Wallin are probably the most down to earth guys they wouldn’t just randomly use Ortiz name .

That was it, it was proposed in 2019 and Abel/Joyce turned it down.

They wasn't new and were working together for multiple fights he joined Big Bear in July 2018.
I get fed up of these duckers in boxing that get given the benefit of the doubt then suddenly find their boll0cks when the opponent they have previously been ducking has one foot in the grave and everyone laps it up.
Nobody said anything when Joyce and his team ducked Ortiz & there is proof that happened, that is from the horses mouth.
This is just one guy saying something and the other denying it at this stage.

Even if Ortiz did duck the fight, Joyce is pathetic for avoiding him and waiting until he is an inactive, practically semi-retired 42yr old.

If I remember correctly from the AJ debarcle, Ortizs team don't show him the offers (or so he says).
