He and his team already turned down a fight with Ortiz. Abel Sanchez is on record saying they turned it down and Joyce wasn't ready.

I remember a year or so ago Joshua stating that Ortiz turned down an opportunity to fight with him. I remember hearing that Ortiz turned down 3 to 4 million at the time. Nothing surprises me about Luis Ortiz after hearing this news about him.
