Although Fury makes a couple of salient points before flat out trashing A.J, I think the reality is he'd much rather fight Usyk, or not fight either A.J nor Usyk.

I get the feeling he's the one who dragged his feet during initial negotiations between him and A.J.

Furys learned at least to stop picking against A.J ,he’s back down to at least a 50/50 fight .

From the sounds of it seems like Fury wants A.J to lose this one he doesn’t sound like he is enthusiastic about the undisputed fight at all despite what the editor states .

When A.J wins I expect another reason from Fury why A.J isn’t ready to fight .

        I actually disagree.

Usyk is nearly 35, hasn't looked as busy as a heavyweight and has bulked up considerably for this fight

Joshua meanwhile looks to be in the best condition I've ever seen him in. And has never seemed to have stamina issues apart from when he was weighing 250+

Additionally, unlike a Tony Bellew, if Joshua does decide he wants a breather he has the option to just tie Usyk up and lean all over him. Usyk doesn't have the strength advantage he always has when he "exhausts" his opponents.

This fight is so dynamically different from Usyk Bellew, yes Usyk tired Bellew out, but you do realize Bellew is a one round job for Joshua, right? It's apples and oranges.

I think it could well be Usyk who is in trouble late.

This isn't 2017 200lb 30 year old Usyk like some people seem to think.

I think a more likely obstacle is that Fury/Wilder somehow string out their nonesense for another 12 months.

If Usyk wins he should immediately set up a fight with the Fury/Wilder III winner. Damm that rematch clause why honor it AJ and his bum promoter tried to get Fury to blow off Wilders rematch clause for a fight.

“I’m not a betting man, so I don’t really bet,” Fury said
No disrespect to the Gypsy King but the man is a walking contradiction

              eg

TYSON FURY says he will bet £5,000 with ANYONE that Anthony Joshua will lose to Joseph Parker.

That Wilder contract expired that’s why along with an ongoing feud for a few yrs now .

No one wanted to see a 3rd fight ,there’s a big difference getting a title shot for a unified fight that Usyk is getting and fight for a single belt vs a single title fight that’s been done twice already ,the entire point of Fury fighting AJ was to get undisputed ?

I guess the fact the 1st fight was a draw and DW big eraser should have won the fight if the ref picks up the appropriate count but that neither here or there. Fury signed the rematch clause and COVID froze the world, never mind the fact DW didn’t have to rematch Fury after the draw but he gave his word and did it, Fury actually signed a contract it doesn’t matter how many belts where at stake all of AJ’s belts should technically already be Fury’s and he should be the Undisputed King.

Fury didn’t want the rematch ,Wilder did, He did because he was getting hell on social media and he knows he didn’t win the first fight ,everyone but Wilder fans saw it as a Fury win either way at his worst .

Technically Fury should have actually fought AJ and not run away from a Klitschko rematch but he said he wasn’t ready and chose Wilder so explain to me how those belts are his ? The guy has no title defenses and declined some offers ,you can act like he did all the work but it was AJ who went out and collected them .

Fury signing a contract doesn’t mean it is indefinite. The fact is BobArum decided not to terminate it in writing in December which led to the third fight be the count did expire . Only that loophole got Wilder his third fight nothing more .

Maximum disrespect to Fury. A few weeks ago he was criticising the fight by saying Usyk was too small and shouldn't be in with him.

You're watching a bitter man torn between wanting to criticise Joshua and wanting to diminish any win he might get.

Unfortunately you can't have it both ways.
