I remember Joshua getting thoroughly out-combo’d by a hungry Ruiz. He would’ve lost again if it weren’t for Ruiz training on tacos instead of boxing. I see Usyk with the decision and it’ll scored closer than it appears.

AJ wins due to size not boxing ability.

You can only really look at the outbox thing hypothetically if you are talking pure boxing skills -- I think if Joshua was physically the same as Usyk, he wouldn't outbox him.

Putting aside such a hypothetical level playing field and instead addressing the actual contest, with his extra reach it's possible Joshua might be able to outbox him, though he would be ill-advised to try and do so. Factor in the extra strength, power, weight and it's a daunting task for Usyk indeed.

If this was Usyk first fight at HW, the intrigue would be much higher for me. His brilliance is in how he controls range, and then uses that as a weapon to control his opponent. You can't do that with someone faster than you with a 4" reach advantage...

Its possible Usyk can set some traps, but I don't see it.

He was rubbish against Witherspoon, and went life and death with Chisora.

Expect Joshua to put rounds in the bank while figuring him out, then decide whether or not to push for a KO.. similar to Parker, Pulev, Ruiz 2.

As others have said, he's using the Wlad play book now. Just hopefully with more aggression when the time comes.

Wow! This guy lives in a land filled with tooth fairies, Easter Bunnies, Loch Ness Monsters and Leprechauns. Take me there with you! Won't you?!

What kind of deluded crap is this? Bellew was gassed because he was swinging for the fences every chance he got! Because he was getting punched in the gut! Because he was getting punched in the face!

Jesus Christ. The denial is unreal. Yeah. Unreal. As in not living in reality.

A bit puzzled by some comments. Clearly Usyk is the better boxer by far. Isn’t that obvious? The single question mark is how his stamina holds up and how light he’ll be on his feet with the additional weight. Personally I think that 3 fights into the division that has probably improved again over his performance against Del. But as Bellew keeps saying, he was exhausted because Usyk’s continual pressure forced him to fight at that pace. I think both Joshua and Usyk are gaming each other over weight. I suspect Usyk will come in lighter than the press are reporting and that Joshua will come in heavier. I think Usyk will be lighter on his feet and his stamina will be better than the Chisora fight. I think the fight including the stoppage will be very similar to the Bellew fight although I suspect it’ll happen in the championship rounds. I think Usyk will outbox him, hit a groove and just like Tyson says Joshua will run out of ideas.

I dont think he should be too confident in being able to do either tbh. Usyk has been in there with guys like Joyce, and he has never been bullied around.

I do think Joshua will win though, but hes got his work cut out for him.

How do you see Usyk outboxing Joshua tho? Genine question.

I like Usyk and am a fan of his career at Cruiser, but think his style is all wrong for outclassing bigger men. He can't dance in and out of range against people with significant reach advantage, and equal or better speed...

Do you think he'll look to set traps?

I think we could actually be in for quite a boring fight - AJ scoring points in a very orthodox style, banking rounds and Usyk's awkwardness and ability in the exchanges scaring AJ off going for the kill in the pocket.

Your friend is probably the thick one. A thick person won’t self-manage his career to where he’s today as the most endorsed boxer in history worth over £100m. Or which other boxer in history is self-managed?

I guess your friend wanted him to engage her and perhaps he wasn’t interested. Tell her to calm her **** and focus on those who won’t mind engaging her.
This is ironic cuz your whole persona on here is obnoxious asf. Lol.

Anywho, Joshua ain't out boxing Usyk no matter how much you dck ride the damn cells outta his dck lol

I think Aj can win a decision. Aj has a good jab that can keep him at bay. While usyk is the better boxer he has to get close enough to land and that means taking chances. Will he take those chances ?
