I'm honestly getting tired of watching welterweights pepper each other with jabs for 36 minutes.

The PBC/Top Rank seem to put their financial interests above the fans, sport and the fighters...the one with their life on the line. Yes, in a moment of coherence Bob did push for the mandatory and for many reasons both good and self interest, far too many reasons to discuss here. I'm normally hard on Keith but if you look up Keith's interview and his assessment on July 29th, it was both fair and honest.

Porter gives everyone a tough fight. I always thought Porter would have a hard time getting motivated for Ugas because it wasn't a big fight and beating Ugas meant nothing for his brand. After watching Shawn give Spence all he could handle it was obvious that we was a motivated, much improved Shawn Porter. Make no mistake, Shawn Porter will be up for Terrance Crawford and his style and determination will take Crawford to the limit the way it did Spence.

I think even Porter has a chance of making this fight more intersting than people think due to his natural size advantage combined with the fact that he can brawl and box equally well

As for Jaron Ennis and claiming that Jaron Ennis will expose Crawford defies logic. If baseline assumptions are upon actual performance Ennis hasn't beaten anyone but Segey Lipinets and list of nobody fights, showcases. If you take into consideration how difficult it was to make Porter vs Crawford because Porter is belt less and neither are a cash draw where does that leave Jaron Ennis? Nowhere. Why would either Crawford , Thurman, Porter or Spence...etc be interested at all?

Logically, Ennis just like Ortiz will need to prove it in the ring, just like Crawford, Porter, Spence and every other welterweight before them. Jaron needs to keep winning and he should... but know this....he's not going to look like superman because on the top level it gets a lot more difficult than Lipinets or Amir Khan.

I see Crawford struggling as well even though I think he becomes the first guy stop Porter. As far as Boots goes he will have a hard time getting any one of the champs at 147 to fight him. I still think Boots has a few more gears just hasn't found an opponent to bring it out in him. I expect big things for that kid.

Porter better add to his fight plan or he's getting clipped by Duckford

This is the best fight for Crawford, only because Spence is no longer available. Out of the welterweights that have been in the game for a minute, Porter is most deserving of a shot. Porter should give Crawford all that he can handle. Crawford has a legitimate opponent that will show exactly where he stands in the P4P Debates.

Boots will get his shot. When the time is right Haymon will put a lot of money in a Boots fight and one of the champions will have to fight him.

Boots isn't advised by Haymon. He has to keep working his way up and hopefully makes himself more appealing

You don’t have to honest about it. If you want to watch cave man fighting style, just go to your local bar on Friday night. There’s plenty of Gatti, Brandon Rios type guys ducking it out.

The WW division died of death when Errol and Bud basically said it ain't happening. Everything else is just bumfluff. Porter will give a dogged account of himself but there's more chance of hell freezing over than Bud losing.
