He'd have to beat both Maidana and Bradley before he'd be a credible challenger to Pac - Maidana to prove that he can beat big punchers, and Bradley because he's the #1 ranked contender for Pac's lineal title. But Roach has made it clear that he doesn't even think Khan is ready for Maidana yet.

Salita is a completely meaningless fight. It's a mandatory so I don't blame Khan for taking it, but the guy is only ranked #58 by boxrec - he's not a credible opponent for Khan on any grounds other than the fact that Khan could be stripped for refusing to fight him. He's like Jennings or Lockett - another fighter who will be used for years to illustrate how corrupt the sanctioning bodies' rankings are.

Considering Hatton-Mayweather did well over a million in the UK, I'd be very surprised if you're right that Hatton-Pac didn't even come close to 500k.
