Should Benavidez get passed his next opponent he is inline to fight the Plant-clenelo winner. Why is he still begging for Charlo

Benavidez lost hist title missing weight. If anyone should move up, it's Benavidez. He's in a hard spot, having no title. Charlo should move up to fight a guy without a title? I heard that he's in the running to fight Canelo. There's not a lot of benefit to fighting Benavidez right now for Charlo, except for bragging rights. It's not a big money fight.

Hey, we can agree on that. I'm not saying Charlo needs to fight Benavides, all I'm saying Charlo needs to move up, he's no middleweight anymore. And Benavides needs to move up too, but I think there's a difference here, Charlo has outgrown 160, he's to big, where I think Benavides problem is not training properly or having the right diet, that's leading to his scale issues.

Both the Charlo brothers are clearly draining themselves to make weight, both need to move up a division

He claims it was due to Covid and the fact he didn’t have access to a gym the entire week before the fight as they had to isolate. Personally I can believe that. He hasn’t failed to make weight before or since and it’s easy to see how that could happen

Both Charlo brothers are flawed defensively. With that being said, power punchers like Benavidez can most certainly win by knockout.

I don't think it will happen. Even when the big boss in both guys' home network paves the way to it. This is not a real sport. It's a sport that is peppered with fighters that should not have been in it in the first place.
