That is a good resume of fighters to me. Hopefully Wilder will listen to him.

I don’t think so. It’s not the same as training guys but I know Scott had spent a lot of time over the years as a pro sparring partner for a lot of past contenders & champions.

So Wilder, a guy who fights with his left hand near his belly, and his right near his chest, is going to expose himself FURTHER by targeting the body of a guy with a great defense (most of the time), faster hands, and enough power to make him bleed from the mouth and ear in just a round and a half? Brilliant.

wilder should have went to fury's soft body the entire time. furry is massive and wilder has good reach, he cant miss his his body if he wants it, but wilder is 34 now and been a head hunter his entire career. i dont expect his habits to change.

wilder really only has power with that whipping right hand at long range. hes never had a good hook to the body or upper cuts or anything. if fury just crowds him like last fight, his shots to the body if he even throws any wont be devastating like his right hand from the outside.

Only problem with this idea is that Fury won't stand there and let him punch his gut. Fury is way too fast for Wilder. Wilder only has his right hand about round 9 or 10. That's his only ticket. Which is what he should stick to. It's got him this far. But it probably won't go that long. If it does, Wilder will feel a lotta pain and still lose.
