Joshua need Fury but Fury dont need Joshua to cement his legacy. Simply because Joshua already lose and he lose badly by KO. Fury won't gain anything but money in beating Joshua. Sad but truth.

What's sad is that you actually believe that. I will admit AJ needs fury more than the other way round.

Many feel Fury got KLITSCHKO on a off night although he thoroughly deserved the win but a champion can get complacent after dominating for 10 years and as for Wilder he wasn't that good to begin with. Fury's already beaten 2 world number 1s for all the belts in theyre own back yards as the underdog & 2 of the top 3 are now in a trilogy fight. That's why he's number 1.
4 of Ajs last 6 were 38-41 year's old and shot & rematch clause has never boxed a top 2 heavyweight. Again don't say Klitschko, he was unranked on tbrb until after the fight because i dunno he was 41 shot & retired. Wlad got paid!

It really is bonkers . If it were the other way around and Fury stopped Klitschko you know it wouldn’t be he was shot at 41 , they would be saying it was a better win for Fury .

Wlad was number one in TBRB but was removed from the rankings just prior to the Joshua fight. After the Joshua fight he was reinstated at 2 (behind Joshua who was ranked 2 prior to Klitschko's removal and then 1). So not shot and retired then.

They got that wrong. They removed Klitschko because he didn't have a fight booked (due to Fury) and then failed to reinstate him when he signed for Joshua. Make no mistake, that fight was 1 v 2.

On that basis, Joshua is the lineal champion, and has beaten two #1 opponents (Ruiz was also ranked 1).

He also has the deeper resume. And has repeatedly tried to make the undisputed fight.

How does that make Joshua lineal when Wlad was unranked and hadn’t even won a fight in 2 years?
