It was better than Christianity at that time. Christianity use to preach of the Curse Of Ham which use to convince themselves and some Blacks that it was God's will why Blacks should be below whites.

I personally never have understood why black people adopt Christianity so emphatically when it’s been such an oppressive dogma used against them for centuries. The concept of separate churches for different races is something specific to Christianity and speaks volumes about it as a religion. It’s merely a means of control…..wherein it’s people are taught to worship a man who looks like he is from Sweden….who was actually a Mizrahi ***. Worshipping a man is a strange strange concept. Man quit being the victim. No one is using anything against blacks. Christianity a tool used against blacks? Nobody cares. People’s lives don’t revolve around trying to oppress blacks. What purpose does that serve? To create an even larger burden on society than which blacks already are? No ones oppressing blacks but themselves with this constant finger pointing. When will blacks become self sustaining and actually contribute to society on their own two feet?
