First off people should just be honest and admit they don't really have a clue what these chemicals really do in the body, especially in miniscule amounts. Acting like this weight loss is going to magically turn him into some monstrous invincible killer is just idiotic sensationalism. Secondly, even the medical "experts" seem to struggle to judge how these chemicals interact with the body. The reason is because it's an incredibly complex ecosystem where everything effects everything else.
Have any (credible) people come out to say that this would have given him an actual tangible advantage?
Unless the fighters live in a laboratory and all consume things from the same source, of course they are going to find trace amounts of this or that. It's impossible to avoid that.
People are treating VADA like they treat the FDA or WHO; like an all knowing, infallible source of truth.
That's naive.

I just don't see this as something damning in my opinion. It's just my personal view and I know not everyone feels like that
