Fortune said he was surprised to see Pacquiao’s legs being worked on by physiotherapist Dr. Sean Hampton 30 minutes before the Ugas fight.

“I think Freddie brought him in a week or a few weeks before,” said Fortune. “I don’t know if he’s ever worked with a fighter or an elite athlete before. All I know is you don’t touch a fighter 30 minutes before a fight, certainly not to massage his legs. You want a fighter like a cat on a hot tin roof, not with loose legs. That’s a perfect formula to get cramps right away and it’s exactly what happened.”

Here’s why PAC’s legs cramped up in round 2. F’n dumb to massage legs before a fight. We saw the same thing happen in Morales Pac 2 fight when Morales was complaining of not feeling his legs. His corner was massaging his legs.

I think Fortune is right. Too many people in PAC’s ear between rounds. The corner looked like an absolute mess with Buboy and and Freddy shouting instructions at the same time.

Team Pac and Manny are the biggest excuse-makers in the history of the sport, its comical when you listen to the before and afters from them all, if you want contradiction you came to the right place nobody does it better than Team Pac.

        ...
Or he while he moving up, he didn't have to drain himself to make fight weight when he was 140 and below. Not having to lose any weight, equates to having more of your natural strength. Isn't that common sense?

Life tip bro, dude on another thread got fake handheld t!ts. Get 2, squeezing your own is starting to effect you.

Damn, a physiotherapist massaged Pacquiao's legs before the fight?

If it wasn't for that he would have beat Ugas.

Freddie Roach dropped the ball and Justin "PEDs" Fortune ratted him out.

The main fact of what made Manny great during this time is his punch output. And its funny you listed Mosely bc after his fight with Manny is when Mannys output dropped.

That was his main weapon against Floyd but it was gone years before.

            “Nit picking”? That’s your response.
Also, what’s your point about PAC’s punch output? Are you trying to say the competition he faced made him a lesser boxer hence the drop in punches?
            That’s hogwash.
The only competition there was Marquez who clearly has PAC’s number.
But to go fight irrelevant guys at 147 and then use them at record or time frame to define PAC’s legacy or “prime” is the dumbest thing on the planet.

I’ll take the PAC that beat Thurman, Bradley and even the one that fought Floyd any time. He fought guys at their best without dubious Catchweights.

PAC is an ATG so for him to fight guys like Mathysse, Broner etc is a damn shame!!

You saying **** like " so and so just beat him". That's a load of crap thinking, so Manny is Marquez leftovers to your logic. Floyd win is null and void.

Manny peaked at that time, started slowing down. He was also not even supposed to have any success at WW. Always the smaller guy and underdog.

If you don't understand what a higher punch output against an opponent will do, not sure I can tell you anything.

I don’t know if he would have beaten Ugas but his legs were shot as hell. That wasn’t the Manny we were used to seeing. Coming off of two years, he has diminished a lot when it comes to footspeed.

You can tell Roach or Buboy or both that their gameplan was crap. A credit to team Ugas for fighting from the distance.

Pac is 42 years old. I’m not expecting much from him anymore. He’s had an amazing career.

My opinion every fighter from Amir Khan Marcos Madaina and Pacquaio did much better with Ariza

If you've had to go to the extreme to sue somebody for something, it is very clear that you should never work with that person again.
