The article says Shields vs Marshall is the crux of the deal. Both have signed with Boxxer.

She just signed with Boxxer. How will it stop that? Marshall is a matchroom fighter, Shields just signed with a rival network. If anything it makes the fight harder to make.

Marshall is with Boxxer now. Her and the Fury's left Matchroom. But if Matchroom couldn't come up with Shields overpriced demands I don't see Boxxer doing it either.

Yeah they have. But Hearn made numerous attempts to make that fight when Marshall was with matchroom and sheilds was wanting too much apparently. So my thoughts are,if Matchroom ( with sky ) couldn't get it done, can Boxxer? Is she suddenly lowering her demands? Time will tell. I really hope it happens. I've never felt Sheilds really wants it. That said, why else go to Boxxer?

Good signing for Sky, I’m glad to see they are doing well in the boxing business post matchroom. Hopefully their stable of boxers and promoters continues to grow

It will need to. Have you seen the list? The biggest majority are small hall prospects that have yet to get past the journeyman stage. Hughie Fury is headlining against Christian Hammer on one show lol. Gotta start somewhere though. It can only get better.

Strikes me the majority of fans at an MMA event are into MMA and couldn't give a **** about boxing. If that's the case, I don't see how Marshall going to Shields fight promotes a boxing match. Maybe this is why Salita is a small promoter and needs his biggest stars to be co-promoted by bigger Promoters. Keep trying though Dimitry.

If Sheilds really wants this fight, why didn't she go for a co-promotional 2 fight deal with Matchroom when they were with Sky? We would have had this fight by now. What are Boxxer bringing to the table that Matchroom weren't?
