I think that is a silly comment. Look at the fight. When 2 guys are ducking & weaving there is always a danger of a head clash. Unfortunately, I would guess Lara is out for at least 6 months. He will probably need 2 months to let that cut heal. Then he'll have to resume training carefully, hoping the cut doesn't reopen. Realistically, I don't think he'll fight before April 22. I think Warrington, who isn't getting any younger, might want to fight before then.

But are you saying they were the fault of Warrington? When you've got two fighters swinging punches on the inside, you're going to get clashes every now and again. Lara was the one being loose with the head the most. He throws it all over the place. It thrusts forward all the time.

For me, Warrington was 'leading with the head'. Lara hits him hard and Warrington can't really put Lara off no matter what he lands on him.

It's clear Lara was thrusting his face forward. Making a show of things was him just trying to gain favour with the ref and have a ready made excuse should he lose. It's tactics. It just didn't work as the evidence is clearly against him and any other nutter claiming otherwise.

Anyway, the upshot is, head clashes robbed everyone of the rest of the fight. No-one is to blame as a cut like that could have happened to either one via head clash.

But that's not what freaks on this thread were saying. They called Warrington a cheat and a coward. Said he did it to get out of the fight. Lara was the one who thrust his face forward. But reality was reversed like always. There's some dark creatures on this forum. They live in an alternative reality. Poison and nothing else.
