he should have inserted the word “just”. Obviously money is a consideration but refusing to accept a short camp indicates he also sees winning as at least an equal priority.

Either that or he wasn’t sure he would pass the drug testing on short notice.

Canelo is the complete package; nothing missing from his skill-set and I've been a spectator for over 20 years. Add to that skill set, one-by-one he picks off the other champs and unifies. I'm not sure anything more can be asked of a top fighter.

His footwork is lacking.

But he's so incredibly talented at every other aspect of boxing that I really can't imagine anyone beating him besides a more perfected boxer (ie Floyd).

If Plant was on that level of elite caliber boxing, I'd say he could beat Canelo but Plant has no resume or anything to show he could. So I cant say it.

But if you have excellent footwork and boxing ability. Gonna have to also be able to take a punch.

Canelo would get beaten because his footwork isn't great. That's pretty much how Floyd beat him and why the Lara fight was contested.

Their footwork made Canelo look questionable.

He has no foot movement, this one of his weaknesses and one that has led him to a loss and some very close fights in the past. If Saul wasn’t the popular Mexican da jour he would have had more losses on his record

Maybe they will have to bring back Marvin Hagler from the grave to beat Canelo. How about Jermell Charlo--he is no pushover. Plant will surprise many if he can somehow beat Canelo.

Canelo fans are fronting but they’re starting to get nervous. They thought Plant was shook of canelo hit everything that’s happened recently shows that he’s not. That combined with bread saying that he thinks canelo is a live dog has them panicking but they’re covering it with angry posts or in other cases they’re trying to play it off and be cool. If plant gives canelo hell, they’re gonna feel ****** after months of saying plant sucks and is scared.
