95% efficacy means you are 1 to 20 that become sick.
80% efficacy means you are 1 to 5 (five) to get sick.
60% (with Delta variant) about 2 to 3 to become sick.

Allegedly the Mu variant does not respond to vaccination at all. Bad news.

I am very pro-vaccine though. It is very helpful and effective for MOST strains...similar to that of the INFLUENZA virus where having partial protection helps soften/reduce symptoms even if you can still be infected
