Klitschko reentered the TBRB rankings #2 only behind Joshua after the Joshua fight. So yes Klitscko was viewed as a top 2 HW. Ruiz was also #1 for the rematch. So that's 2 top 2 fighters. Come back when you know what you're talking about kid.

As for rarely fights? He fights more than Fury and Wilder do.

I don't participate in popularity threads but I agree. I don't know what the threshold is but if this is based, let's say, out of 100 athletes and only 3 boxers made it within the top 89, and Davis is the 3rd guy, I can see how it pisses off almost half of NSB, especially his hardcore white haters, like that 4truth guy and DaNeutral (who said he wouldn't have minded if Davis broke a few bones in that airplane accident).

I disagree. In terms of popularity, I think Fury, Joshua, Wilder are more popular at HW. I think Canelo is more popular at SMW. I think Golovkin (although this is fading fast) is more popular at MW. I think Spence and Crawford are more popular at WW. And I think Lopez and Lomachenko are more popular at LW. So I have him 10th.

If Davis wants to increase his popularity, he needs to start fighting live bodies. So far, he's been the midget Golovkin. Won't fight a soul.
