There is a lot of misunderstand involving power and fighting. I read a recent article involving a female fighter, Wolf was her last name... She is around 140ish I think? well, they were at a punching machine, and she registered the hardest punch... this included among a middle weight guy from MMA, etc. A lot of punching hard is technique. Speed, and explosiveness figures into the equation.

Uh no....there are many buff boxers who have KO power and high KO ratios. It's the technique. A guy who is buff and has the proper punching technique would be scary.
