Even if GBP signs a new deal with DAZN, I hope they are given more than 18M for 10 shows. They need more than that and they will deliver if given a bigger budget.

Will be interesting to see how this plays out.

You suggested the biggest proposed fights came from PBC. I pointed out the biggest proposed fight was Joshua-Fury. This is fact.

I also pointed out the fight didn't occur because of PBC.

You pointing out that Fury had a contract with a PBC fighter, the legal enforcement of which precluded him fighting Joshua, does not contradict my point; it agrees with it.

At the risk of showing my age, back in 1986 they were looking to cast a new James Bond. The producers decided on Pierce Brosnan. It was a dream come true for Brosnan. They wanted him; he wanted the role. There was a wrinkle though. Brosnan had been in a show called Remington Steele for NBC. The show had been cancelled, but there was a contract between NBC and Brosnan that if they renewed the show, he was contractually bound to act in it. Because of the publicity from Brosnan getting the Bond gig, NBC renewed the show and Brosnan was forced to turn down Bond and act in his failing show for another season.

Brosnan had signed the contract. He was legally obliged to work with NBC. NBC scuttled his Bond gig by enforcing the contract.

This is all las logical as night follows day.

And it's precisely the same as Wlder's legal action against Fury. Wilder enforced his legal right and it scuttled Fury's fight against Joshua. He legally had the right to do it. If you enforce one outcome, you neccesarily block any alternative outcome. That's just how reality works.

Firstly it wasn’t the biggest fight. Pacquiao vs Spence or Canelo vs Plant much bigger fights. The fight promposed that you brought up is a big fight for the U.K. only. And it wasn’t even going to be in the U.K. it was going to be sold to the Saudis. If Pacquiao or Canelo were to have had their fights it would have been the same if not more pay but then it’s taken away from the fans. And to end this, pbc isn’t wilder or fury. The fight with Joshua should have never been proposed since fury was under contract. It was all a pipe dream by Eddie Hearn the conman of our time
