I think they just didn't have time for each other. Bradley wasn't a draw until after 2012/2013 when he fought Manny and Provodnikov. In 2013 Floyd had a tune up against Guerrero then fought Canelo. 2014 Bradley took a Pacquiao rematch while Floyd fought Maidana, then Floyd got tied up in a rematch everyone wanted to see later that year. 2015 Floyd fought Manny then focused on his retirement fight while Bradley went towards the WBO belt route. Really 2012-2015 was the best time to make the fight but both were just caught up doing their own things.

Timbo didn't have any fans, so nobody was requesting this match

or any of Bradley's matches, for that matter.

Floyd probably would have fought him, as Timmeh was a decent, but not a particularly dangerous opponent

Bradley's W over Pac didn't increase his marketability at all, as everybody saw the robbery

It's easy to say you fought this name or that name but the truth is guys you want to prop Floyd up with, they already were past their best, had already been ko'd, beat down, by more than one fighter. That's a tough pill for a lot of you Floyd fanatics to swallow and you try to circumvent reality until it is comical.

Hatton, Corrales, Canelo to a lesser extent ok those are top guys that Floyd beat in their prime why is it so hard for you to accept these guys. I tell you why because those names don't sound good enough against Shane, Cotto, and Manny.
He forced Hatton to fight at 147 instead of his best weight of 140, and he weight drained a green Canelo whose best opponent so far was an old Mosley

      Floyd's a *****

Because the fight has no drama. We all know timmy couldn't hurt floyd. Remember when floyd fakely announce he's fight devon alexander next and everyone was laughing.
Fans are only highly interested in those who can actually hurt floyd.

Tim signed with TR because he knew he couldn’t beat Floyd and Bob worked a deal with him where he’d give him a win over Manny, then 2 more fights, then sign him as an announcer.

            Can anyone blame him?

If Bradley hadn’t signed with Arum it probably would have happened.
Bradley took a lot of flack for going to Top Rank. People said he was ducking Khan and would never get a Pac fight.
He ends up getting a W over Pac, albeit by Robbery, and fought him another 2 times as well as paydays against JMM and others. Khan never got that Floyd payday he was chasing.

Bradley was in a bubble, he only fights Top Rank fighters. Much like we see with PBC boxers today. And because TBE was better at everything that Bradley does, it just didn’t help in creating a demand for that fight. It would be like fighting Berto for TBE.

Bradley fought Diego Chaves, which was GBP. Marquez was also a free agent. The TR bubble is a myth. The only ones that created a bubble was Mayweather and Hymen.

                    - -No demand for Maidana who lost out to Amir Khan in Sissyboy's own fan poll. Nor Guerrero, Berto, Ortiz, ect...

Timmy had Ring p4p status winning his belt overseas in England and Manny fought him thrice. That difference one of many historians will be looking to when evaluating their historical status that sees Manny over Sissyboy.

Tim signed there instead of signing to fight Floyd and the 1st fight was a robbery/scam setup.

Why would manny get credit for beating a guy that ducked Floyd?
