The IBF ordered a mandatory fight with Hunter ,they just don’t stop if someone declines it ,it’s why they penalized Hunter by taking him out of the top 10 . They would have to take everyone out of their rankings if they followed suit because everyone declined the fight . Sorry if that makes you angry but that’s what happened ,you even have guys like Bakole saying he declined it as well as others for whatever reasons . If he wanted 40 plus yr olds who failed physical exams and admits health issues he’d fight Ortiz .

There are IBF top 15 fighters who will never get a (or another) shot at AJ (and the £10M that a mandatory agreeing to a rematch could get). H Fury, Bakole etc. I don't understand why didn'y they gamble and fight Hrgovic for the mandatory spot. Does anybody know, can a ranked 11-15 get the mandatory spot from a final eliminator?
