They way I see it, if the first fight could do almost 500k with only a Countdown show and minimal promotion, then the rematch with 24/7 attached to it and all the surrounding "controversy" and Mexican/PR storylines, this thing could break 1 million buys.

I'd buy it in a second!!!

        HK,

HBO sends out an official press release when they release the numbers. We've all seen them. All I'm saying is that they did NOT release the numbers for either Marg-Migs or Pac-hatton. That is a fact.

I'm not saying that the 450K is inaccurate. I'm saying that the numbers are not "accoirding to HBO" as you put in your post.

And the link that you sent says that clearly: * Buys are general estimations from various sources, with me trying to stay as reputable as possible.

I don't know why your feelings are hurt.

        ah

Nobody has any feelings hurt I just told believe what you want. I am not going to get in a debate if they did or not released PPV numbers.

I'd say around the 500k-600k range.

That's because Arum won't do anything to market it to the casual audience.

There's no debate. HBO did not release them. Case closed.

If Cotto destroys Pac he will be the next big thing, giving that PPV more buys than the last one.

I think even if Cotto loses to Pac they should do it. How bout rolling out Tito vs DLH and Vargas vs Camach Jr on the undercard. Why Not? Be better than Yuri Foreman vs Daniel Santos.
