How Many PPV Buys Would A Cotto-Margarito Rematch Do?

The first fight did 450K according to HBO so lets say Cotto beats Pacquiao and Cotto meets Margarito next year in New York for the rematch. How much would this fight do in terms of PPV buys? Would this rematch become the hotest ticket in boxing?

I predict it would sell about the same 450k-650k tops. I would def buy it.

This is revenge, angry Puerto Ricans want Margarito's head. I'm sure it'll do more then before, 600K.

500k, the ones who buy it last time will also be the ones who will buy the rematch

You don't think Cotto being in a 24/7 and beating Paquiao would help at least do much more than 450k? I think you are understimating Cotto drawing power, he tied HBO rating for a boxing event this year facing Clottey a guy not many people knew who he was and the whole Margarito suspension would come in to play also. So the drama will be there.

I think extra since most people do believe he used handwraps and want to see how it will go down this time.

                I am challenging that.

                Plase provide a source. Thanks.

How is that? I am pretty sure the ones who miss the first fight will probably buy the rematch.

It would do more buys but not that much more. I would say 500-600k.
