These fraud alerts are great way for banks to prevent losses and avoid client headaches
of unauthorized charges. The bar's employee tip usually 20% is already included in bill
when service is provided to large group. I doubt the employee would steal card. Mostly
likely misplaced by register, dropped on floor or put in apron pockets. These employees
have high stress fast pace jobs dealing with tables, orders, loud music and co-worker
competition. I would be more concerned if card was returned to wrong person. Whatever
the case, the problem should have been handled better. There is no mention if excessive
alcohol consumption could have affected Charlo's thought process.

There is new statement issued by lawyers painting a different picture.
The bottom line this small problem has become big news. Maybe won't

It sounds like his card was declined, the bar probably held onto it to protect themselves from someone running out on the tab. It was probably a misunderstanding where fraud alert was protecting the card. I have to assume Charlo had enough money on the card to cover a big charge.

But yeah he probably did respond by taking her checkbooks as a response. Very ****** move, but that's what drunk people do sometimes. Idk what the punishment should be for that move, I mean you can't do sh.it like that, this isn't the streets.

1. In Ukraine any cheap cafeteria has mobile bank terminals so that waitress can come to you to check-out and you do NOT give your bank card into someone's hand.
